Dinner + Wine Pairings
I am excited to share with you that Chef Alex Rios and I now have a name for our pop-up dinner experiences: "Convivio.” It has a similar meaning in both Alex's Mexican culture and my Italian heritage, which defines a lively banquet and gathering of friends.
We will be pairing wines with exotic Moroccan food. Brace yourself! The venue is the new Angeleno Wine Company! We will be serving four courses, each paired with a different wine. Of course there will be Angeleno Wine on the menu as well. Vegetarian options are offered.
